Cassandra Allegra Portia Calogera Filomena Pentaghast is a Nevarran of the royal Pentaghast family and Seeker of the Chantry. She has been the Right Hand of the Divine since 9:22 Dragon. In Dragon Age II she investigates Hawke's actions, believing that understanding them could be the key to preventing a war that threatens to engulf Thedas. In Dragon Age: Inquisition she is one of the Inquisitor's companions.Many Seekers abandoned the Chantry in response to the mage rebellion. Cassandra did not join her comrades in this, instead remaining loyal to Divine Justinia and her efforts to restore order in the face of chaos. She is both pious and driven, the sword in the right hand of the Divine, seeking justice above all else.

Dragon Age: II. Cassandra seeks out the Champion of Kirkwall (or, depending on the world state, the Hero of Ferelden) to become the new Inquisitor in light of the mage-templar war.
Dragon Age: Inquisition. Cassandra is the first companion to encounter the Inquisitor and initially interrogates them. However, she elects to give the Inquisitor a chance to prove their innocence, and works with them to form the Inquisition as part of the War Council.
Post-Trespasser. Cassandra, depending on the worldstate, may appear as herself or Divine Victoria. If she is not the Divine, then she serves on the Exalted Council.
Modern. Cassandra has recently retired from her service as part of the Swiss Guard, which is tasked with the protection of the Pope. She has elected to join a security conglomerate by the name of Andraste International and serves as their Vice President.
Spirit. Cassandra underwent a life-changing transformation during her Vigil as a Seeker. Her former self has been swapped out with a Spirit of Faith, who has not realized that they are indeed not the true Cassandra Pentaghast.
Heretic. Cassandra becomes corrupted by a Fade demon and slowly transforms into one herself.
